		<description>LOL! Good catch Devdas. Perhaps it was a Freudian shave. I was just reading some posts on Drupalchix about a keynote reference to sr. devs having beards whilst the jr. devs do not. One of the women attending mused that by that criteria she will always be considered a jr. dev then.
